Issue with main fridge door alignment
We purchased this fridge at the end of January and the main door is out of alignment. As a result the fridge door seals don’t hit the fridge frame uniformly and make a noise as the fridge door closes. We had the F&P service man attend to look at the fridge who tipped the fridge back to make the door close faster but didn’t think there was anything wrong with the door alignment. We had no issues with our previous fridge which was the older model of the same fridge. Disappointed as it’s the most current model and we shouldn’t have this issue.

It is a great improvement on my old fridge, it not only stores more food and drink but I can see what is in it! It is so silent too. Loving it!

Hi, I would just like to compliment Appliances Online and the two delivery guys that delivered my fridge (one was named Ali). I was very impressed with the availability, ability to deliver in the timeframe I wanted, pricing and service. In contrast, some local retailers were charging twice - yes, twice - the price, all had no stock and offered a 2-3 week lead time. Hi Folks, I thought I would send through a compliment for the guys that delivered my fridge this morning. One guys name was Corey, didnt get the other guys name. Both guys didnt mess around, both fast and friendly, installing new fridge etc, then Corey (on his own! The other guy was finishing levelling the new fridge and hooking it up etc) lugs my old fridge back down 3 flights of stairs! Crazy stuff! Anyway .... Every time I have dealt with you guys I have been pretty impressed with your service and no mucking around professional attitude, and today was no different. Hi Sonnie, Thank you for your inquiry. Fisher and Paykel has advised this model will have a door alarm. An alarm will sound if the fresh food compartment door is left open for more then 90 seconds and if the freezer is left open for more then 60 seconds. Also if either door is left open, it will beep every 30 seconds for 5 minutes and a continuous alarm will sound if either door has been left open for longer then 5 minutes.
