The range of sizes in the burners are functional and provides all options needed. The added bracket supplies the ability to use a wok far more effectively- with a more even spread of heat it provides. We replaced an old cooktop, and oven with Fisher and Paykel appliances and have been very impressed with their quality and functionality.
