    Auto-sensing technology

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 4kg Fisher and Paykel dryer died after 11 years and 5 months which I thought was a pretty impressive life span, considering the use it gets in an apartment. Our new 4.5 kg model has a little bit more capacity and a few design changes. I am very impressed with the positioning of the filter. More than happy I have stuck with F and P.

    POOR VENTING EFFICIENCY LED TO MAJOR CONDENSATION
    If the dryer room door is closed. massive condensation occurs on the door. The water drops then flow down the door side, and collects as puddles of water on the floor. This should not happen.

    Black marks on clothing
    I received a replacement for my dryer as the previous one was leaving black marks in my clothes. I have not even a month with the new dryer and the same problem has started.

    Good Morning, Thank you for this product question, with any vented dryer creates 100% humidity recirculated back into your room, the room needs to be well-ventilated otherwise moisture will occur on walls and ceiling and over time may create mould due to poor ventilation.
