The convection surface is easy to clean and always looks slick. I like to use silicon mats on the top when pulling dishes, especially heavy ones out of the oven, and resting on top.

Biscuits are produced at a factory speed and rate to help keep lunch boxes filled. Pizzas are all cooked evenly and the cooker settings help a lot when you are outside and know your oven will turn off and you don't have to go in to tend to it.
