[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use. Ovens and convection points heat very quickly. Sturdy construction as well as looking good. The convection surface is easy to clean and always looks slick. I like to use silicon mats on the top when pulling dishes, especially heavy ones out of the oven, and resting on top.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I knew, when we decided to build, that my new kitchen would have the best oven I could afford.After much research and chatting to friends with induction top ranges, I settled on the Falcon. I was nervous at first about switching from gas to induction. I was worried cooking wouldn’t have the same sort of feel and it is a bit different, but I have to say I vastly prefer the induction. The flat surface makes sliding on and off the ring so much easier, no turning on and off, simply slide off, do what you need to and slide back on. A simple thing I know but one I appreciate. The response of the controls is almost instant, a furious boil to a gentle simmer in a second. Bringing a large pot to boil is a lot quicker. The central display panel makes controlling the rings really easy. One of the best features is the cleaning. Simple wipe down after you’re done is all that’s needed. There’s no carbonisation of your pans because there’s no flame. Spills don’t burn on. It’s so much better. I do most of my cooking on the top (I’m no baker), but the ovens are fantastic too. I love the dual oven aspect, so handy. They cook beautifully too, properly even, brilliant for roasts. What would I change? Barely anything if I’m honest. I would perhaps have an illuminated ring around active hobs as it can be difficult sometimes to centre the pan. I would dispense with the door rack, which I think is a bit gimmicky and not very practical. The food all slides to one side when you open the door. I’ve used it once and won’t again. A really good roasting pan would have been more appreciated. Things to be aware of, this oven is capable of drawing a lot of power. I was advised to get three phase( which was fine in a new build) so check before you buy, but just a heads up. Overall though I’m extreme happy with this range. Was it pricier than other ovens, yes, but you really get what you pay for. This is an extremely well built, well designed, and (not unimportantly) really good looking range. I thoroughly enjoy cooking on it and am confident that it will last the journey. If we ever move I’m taking it with me.
