The Falcon's vertical doors always "click" securely closed and the jets can be finely controlled. The versatility of dual ovens means you can roast in one and keep food warm in the other or cook at 2 different temps. It heats up quickly, cooks to perfection and is easy to clean. It's everything you could ask for and more. We couldn't be more satisfied with our purchase.Legendary service
