Capable of producing a mouthwatering weeknight dinner or catering for a crowd of people, this oven handles any task efficiency and reliably, producing food cooked to perfection. As a busy family, I love that the ovens reach temperature quickly allowing me to have dinner ready for the family. The smaller oven is fabulous for a family meal and caters for our family of five on a daily basis. The smaller space is perfect and deceiving as it has a surprisingly large amount of space. I also love the wok burner, having missed this feature on my previous oven. The heat is intense and ensures a beautiful, flavoursome stir fry without the meat stewing. I would highly recommend the Professional 100cm Falcon oven to people considering a new oven, and have already recommended it to some friends currently looking for ovens. It is one of the best investments I have made; my husband even loves using it. From roasts to scrolls and delicate cakes, I have never been disappointed with the cooking results. I have wanted a Falcon oven for years and finally decided to purchase early last year. The first oven we received was replaced as it was faulty. The replacement has had a thermostat replaced and is still running far too hot. It’s very disappointing as I did a lot of research and was assured these ovens were accurate. I need a great oven for my line of work, so unfortunately for me it has been a waste of a lot of money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my cooker installed 2 weeks ago, it looks great & is very stylish. It is so easy to keep clean & operate. I couldn't image cooking on anything other than a Falcon now, love it.
