    Overview

This freestanding oven from Falcon offers stunning design and versatile cooking thanks to a combination of high-performance gas burners, a generous oven capacity and a range of creative features. Available in stainless steel and black, this large oven will help enhance many kitchen styles, while its dual fuel design gives you the ability to cook with both natural gas and electricity. And thanks to its pyrolytic capabilities, keeping the oven cavity clean of grease and baked on food spatters is exceptionally hassle-free.

Whether you're slow cooking a stew or using intense heat for a stir-fry, a Falcon Professional FX oven provides incredible cooking performance along with impressive style.
    Ample storage

A convenient full-length storage drawer located at the base of the oven is the ideal place to store and hide away baking trays or wire racks when not in use. By utilising the storage space, you can ensure your kitchen stays clean and organised.

    Hassle-free cleaning

This oven comes with a pyrolytic cleaning function, which means you can clean the inside of your oven without the need for harsh chemicals or detergents. The pyrolytic function safely heats the oven to a high temperature, turning all grease and grime into ash. Once the oven has cooled down, a simple wipe down is all that’s needed.

    Interchangeable oven capacity

Thanks to the handy energy saving panel and the unique construction of the oven's cavity, you can switch from a full-size oven to a more modest capacity with complete ease. And while the panel is in place, you can use the spare cavity as a plate or food warming facility.

    Japanese-style cooking

The included griddle lets you easily cook Teppanyaki style. From okonomiyaki (Japanese pancakes) to yakisoba (Japanese noodle dish), or the more simple beef and veggie skewers, the Teppanyaki grill will help you explore new culinary treats with ease. And thanks to the non-stick coating, you can enjoy healthier cooking as well as an easier cleanup at the end.

So good I bought another one!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few years back in a previous home and, unfortunately, we had to move. We are building a new home and have bought another one

    A simply beautiful cooker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this cooker 4 months ago to replace an old Italian one that simply wasn’t any good. The Falcon is solid, beautifully engineered and beautiful to look at. And it works like a charm. We particularly like the ability to divide the oven space in two to save electricity, and using the left hand side as a warmer is a very nice bonus. The oven is easy to use, with just the right range of features and the cooktop is a dream. Finally, the pyrolytic function is heaven-sent!
