    Overview

    The Falcon Nexus SE 110cm freestanding dual fuel cooker is the ultimate kitchen solution, with full functionality and stunning sophistication.

    In total, there are four cooking cavities – separate electric deluxe glide-out grill, multi-function electric oven, fan forced electric oven, and a dedicated slow cook oven On top of the unit you’ll find the spacious multi-fuel cooktop with five gas burners and two ceramic cooking zones with multi-zone. Overall, these elements give you the full freedom to entertain a crowd or feed a hungry family, with no limits on your needs whether you’re roasting, baking, boiling, grilling, or searing.

    This model boasts a stylish slate finish, complemented with chrome fittings. Finishes are also available in Ivory, Stainless Steel, or Black, depending on the look and feel you’re going for.
    Deluxe Glide-Out Grill

    Falcon’s deluxe glide-out grill includes a four-way grill trivet for multiple grilling level positions, positioned on smooth telescopic runners for easy access. The grill has two elements that allow either the whole area of the pan to be heated, or just the right side.

    Slow cooking oven

    The dedicated 21-litre slow cook oven lets you create flavoursome, tender home-cooked meals. With an available temperature range of 80 – 140°C, it’s ideal for dishes that require longer cooking times to lock in flavours or produce fall-off-the-bone results.

    Flexible Multi-Zone

    Falcon’s Multi-Zone lets you choose between cooking directly on two ceramic 1.1kW zones or to slot a durable non-stick griddle plate over the top to provide a healthy cooking surface across the full depth of the cooktop.

    Flame safety device

    The gas burners are designed with a flame safety device for another layer of safety. This ensures that the fuel supply will be automatically shut off if the flame should ever accidentally be extinguished.

Multi-zone cooktops feature additional gas burners. Multi-Ring Wok Burner: Immensely powerful and controllable, the wok ring boasts a multi-ring burner, often used with a handy cast iron cradle to keep the wok safely in position. Flame Safety Device: All dual fuel and gas Falcon models are fitted with Flame Safety Device (FSD). Catalytic Oven Liners: When temperatures exceed 200°C, the catalytic self cleaning liners burn off fats and food deposits. Minimal residue can then be wiped with a lint free cloth and soapy water when necessary. Side Opening Doors: Selected Falcon upright range cookers feature one or two side opening oven doors for your convenience. This allows easy access to the oven interior when cooking or cleaning.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the first item I ordered when we renovated our house! After years of having to use whatever was in the house we were renting, I knew what I wanted. The ovens heat up quickly and work like a dream. The gas hobs on the top provide plenty of room for my pans with the added bonus of an adaptable convection top too. Everything I have cooked in this oven so far has come out beautifully. I’ve only used it for three weeks so far but I’m delighted with it.

    Having 2 ovens, a separate griller and a slow cooker with a gas cook top & 2 ceramic cooking zones who could ask for more! It not only looks great but cooks beautifully as well. We replaced a 900cm oven and couldn’t be happier with our Falcon. We now can cook anything that is requested.
