WOW !! What great service.
I have just had my Fisher & Paykel fridge delivered and I couldn't be happier. The delivery men - Warren & Glen - arrived bright and cheery and proceeded to put in my new fridge and take away the old one with a minimum of fuss. They were terrific. I only ordered the fridge on Tuesday and now, here it is !! The large retail stores could certainly take a lesson in customer service from you guys. Best price, best service, best delivery men. All the staff that i dealt with at Appliances Online were friendly and efficient, i received great service and not to mention the most competitive price online for the product i wanted. Thank you for this product question, the fridge will automatically defrost itself however the freezer will require a little attention as this is a manual defrost upright freezer, so this will depend on yourself how often you need to defrost your freezer, generally about every 12 months, some customers may prefer to defrost every 6months, there is no set rule for how often you need to defrost your freezer it is really up to the individual.
