Not often I make the effort to send some praise out, but full marks to Colin in customer service. Our new LG front loader arrived was installed and promptly decided to overfill and drop its load and flood our laundry and adjoing room. Phoned through our issue (incidently we are still waiting for LG to get back to us)and Colin fixed the problem and arranged a replacement to unit to be delivered - full marks to everyone including the drivers - prompt efficient and very courteous - keep up the good service - I will certainly sing your praises and you have my future business!!!! I have just purchased a Euromaid RFT9 - 90cm flat wall canopy range hood that I am now looking for filters for. Can you please give me a little info as to whether I would be better with carbon filters or a recirculating kit? Heather · 2021-07-27

Thank you for this product question, if you are able to exhaust the rangehood outside I would do this option first with this installation all heat, cooking smells as well as smoke is exhausted outside, however, if you are going to recirculate this rangehood any optional carbon filters will make the machine work harder to draw the air through all these filters and keep in mind that the carbon filters will be an ongoing cost replaceable every 6 months.
Carbon filters will not remove all the smells from your cooking these will reduce the smells and they do not any smoke caused when cooking.
