I would like to express how pleased I was with the efficiency and great service I received from Appliances Online when I purchased a washing machine earlier this week. The web page was easy to navigate, your price was the cheapest I could find, the acknowledgement of my order was quick, delivery advice was comprehensive, the delivery drivers were courteous, efficient and obliging and the washing machine was installed approximately 25 hours after I ordered it. I was a little skeptical......
Just a note to thank your company for their excellent web site and service. When I read I could nominate my delivery day and the explanation regarding delivery time I was a little skeptical......what, you mean this company will actually provide a service as part of the transaction?!?! The two delivery men were very good, they rang and arrived within the time frame and took a few minutes to explain the machines basic functions, couldn't ask for anything more. I would like to pass on my appreciation for the great service I had from Appliances Online during my recent purchase. We found your site from a link in www.doorone.com.au while deciding which dryer to buy. We ordered the dryer on the Sunday and nominated Monday as the delivery day, with Tuesday as the alternative. We didn't really expect delivery on Monday, but received a very apologetic phone call to say it couldn't be delivered until Tuesday.
