    Total debacle
    ordered a newcooktop and installation to rental property- tenant waited all day and delivery kept changing - when finally advised would be 6 -7 pm tenant had other commitments and not wait. Then reschedule was not arranged with tenant even though AOL had been given tenant contact. When over a week later it occurred then could not be installed as apparently to close to the rangehood- however AOL didn’t make contact to advise problem and again I had to follow up. Was advised they would contact me with options of cooktops that would fit / but to date still waiting !
