We had this rangehood installed a couple of weeks ago and it has so far been amazing. It's so much quieter than our previous rangehood (Westinghouse fixed rangehood, 64bd and only 200m3 air flow), partially because it's behind the cabinet doors but the unit seems quieter as well. It has worked really well at pulling steam away even though it's not over the front two elements, and we've only had to use it up to level 2 so far. We have it vented to the ceiling cavity, but you do need to buy the ducting separately (standard from Bunnings works fine). The light is really bright and my husband said they are just standard bulbs so can easily be replaced when needed.
