I recently purchased the Eufy 5-Piece Home Alarm Kit, hoping for an easy-to-use and reliable security system. Unfortunately, my initial experience wasn’t great—the first kit I received was dead on arrival and had to be replaced. It’s never reassuring when a security product fails right out of the box, but to Eufy’s and Appliances Online's credit, they processed the replacement fairly quickly. Once I got a working unit, setup was fairly straightforward. The Eufy Security app is intuitive, and the sensors connected to the HomeBase without issues. The kit includes a keypad, motion sensor, and entry sensors, all of which performed well in my testing. The motion detection is responsive, and the system integrates nicely with other Eufy products.
