Great vacuum
I bought this a few months ago. Find the power head on my new carpets is excellent. Bit hard on my back to use but that is normal for most vacuums.

I do a lot of online shopping across many different categories. This is the best online service I have experienced. Appliances Online not only matched a cheaper price, they advised they would call the next day after i ordered to confirm delivery time (which they did), then actually delivered within that 2 hour time window and picked up my old one for free.
