Had this vacuum for over 2 years. It is awesome to get pet hair out of all floors and the turbo head is great. We had an Alaskan Malumute who sheds constantly. Best vacuum ever.

I'm so sorry to see this beaut compact powerful little model has been discontinued. I have a 3 bed duplex and a car and I use it a lot. I have had mine for nearly 2 years and love it. I can only think complaints are because people don't clean the filters and empty the bin regularly. Overheating might also occur if something like a tissue is sucked up and covers intake filter and is not removed. It can be easily seen in the clear cover and there is reduced vacuum, different sound so I can tell if this happens and clear it straight away. Same with the occasional hose kink. I would have given this one a 9/10 for performance and value

I absolutely love this vacuum - when i purchased it I did not have any pets, but purchased it for the quality and performance (better for my allergies). Since buying it I now have a dog - who loses a LOT of hair. I have a stick vacuum, but it is weak compared to this and does not pick up even half of what this powerhouse can. The hair and dust in the bin is quite alarming. I use the stick for smaller cleans but get this out on weekends for the big clean. It also gets ALL the hair off my rugs and carpets (which the other can not do). While it is annoying to drag around and to have the cord plugged into the wall, it does offer a MUCH better clean and I feel very satisfied after using this. Plus the filters are very easy to clean. and maintenance is easy. I'm tempted to get the Electrolux Animal stick vacuum now too.
