I chose this vacuum purely for the quiet factor as I have a child with sensory processing problems and hadn’t been able to use a vacuum in 3 years. The noise is definitely more like white noise than the regular vacuum, it picks up twice as much and the extra attachments are all amazing. Very easy to clean and maintain but better to do this more regularly with the vacuum heads to pick up even more. The lights on the vacuum heads make it even easier to clean under furniture. Used the handheld part to clean my car and it took me 30 minutes. Very very happy with this vacuum

We have quite a lot of 30cm floor tiles and this Electrolux does not suck up the dirt well. Anything that is in the grout just stays there. I have tried both the roller head and the other 'carpet' head and they are both useless on tiles. To be fair the carpet head seems to do a reasonable job on carpet. However, very small dust catcher is not good and suction very poor. I have previously had three Bizzells and I only changed brands because the battery life on the Bizzell did not last out the warranty.

My wife and daughter purchased one each of the Pure Q9-P cordless vacuums at the same time last year in October 2020. From the first time I used the vacuum I was perplexed. I thought I must have been using it incorrectly. It clogged up in the neck and it left dirt behind when I lifted it up of the floor to see why it wasn't sucking. When I took the head of and looked each time I found particles blocking the main intake. The rotating roller head also has a habit of flicking the dirt around the floor in front of it. I think this is because there is not enough suction to attract dirt into the unit. I found myself having to run over the same spot three times and still it left dirt and hair behind. We have a tiled house and it was just not up to the job. When I mentioned this to my wife and daughter initially they didn't seem to have a problem. That was up until about two months ago when they both said they had enough. They described experiences the same as I had. It looks good and sounds like a big motor and the suction heads look great, lots of features, but if it doesn't pick up the dust it is no good for it's basic function. Someone might say I am using it incorrectly or not for it's intended purpose but I have been vacuuming floors for at least 30 years and have not had a problem before and its a vacuum, how hard can it be. In saying all that I have also owned several Electrolux vacuums over the years and have not had a problem with them. but I am very disappointed with this unit, ,as are now my wife and my daughter with the same unit she purchased.
