It's as fast as gas, but as safe as an electric cooktop.Simple to use and very responsive to touch.We have been very happy with all our Electrolux products, particularly the cook top. It is very responsive and the heat settings are precise and instant. The ability to set two zones to the same heat setting is a fantastic facility all in all It has reduced cooking time and improved our cooking immeasurably.Legendary service
