Wonderful, very helpful service. Only one item did not arrive, but was arranged at very short notice to be delivered. Had gone to **** and the **** for their pricing of all five items as a total – no discounts and very heavy delivery fees and very much more expensive. This was my first time purchasing on line, and I have found the experience excellent. Will certainly contact Appliances Online when I require more whitegoods. I just wanted to say thanks for a great website and the great service we have received in the delivery of a cooktop and wall oven. While the delivery was delayed by a day this was not a problem as I was informed promtly and so was able to make alternative arrangements, so no problem at all.
