The oven looks great! The probe is great, was one of the reasons I picked this oven. But…. 1. Takes a very long time to pre-heat. 40 minutes on the pizza setting! 2. Takes much longer to cook than expected/as per recipe. Up to 30-40 minutes extra. I usually set temperature 5-10’C higher than required for recipe. 3. Love the telescopic racks but can’t install at the height you would want. Either too high or too low. This only makes the inconsistent heating problem worse. 4. Due to raised rack edge (probably a safety thing for the telescopic rack) impossible to get trays out. Overall, it’s not good. Will be replacing despite the $$$. Not happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed with the quality of the oven. Started using it in December 2021 and since then I've had the Elexctrolux technicians out several times. Burnt element, burn globe (twice), flimsy telescopic rials, child safe lock that breaks the two times it was accidently engaged....pick-up you game Electrolux!
