Too loud! Sharp edges!
The fridge is really loud. The kind that you can hear at the other end of the house loud. Also - the door handle edges are really sharp. I've lost two shirts ripping them them on the handle of the freezer. We bought this fridge thinking that you couldn't go wrong with Electrolux - turns out you can.

i would have to say that i am happy with my purchase, however my old fridge of 25 yrs 400L(Kelvinator) was better made it had better quality plastic and slides moulded for the vegetable container instead of the metal ones the electrolux has which i think are rather flimsy also the vegetable container does not hold as much as my old one

Was taken away without complaint by the driver
Hi guys, Just wanted to send a quick email to say how impressed I was with the service received today by your company and especially your driver. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but not only was our new fridge delivered to our house first thing this morning, but the old fridge, which was not completely defrosted yet and dripping and dirty, was taken away without complaint by the driver. He unpacked the new fridge, placed in its designated spot in the kitchen and even made sure it was plugged in and turned on for me. The new fridge is fantastic and the whole process from ordering it, to it being delivered a day later free of charge was seamless. Having our old disgusting fridge taken away was also a huge bonus. As I said unfortunately I didnt catch the name of the driver, but if you could pass on my thanks for his hard work that would be fantastic. My tax invoice number was ******* and our Quotation Number was AA******HW. Delivery address ****** We will be sure to use your company again should any of other appliances need replacing. Cheaper than anywhere else
I just want to say how fantastic the experience with appliances online was. I now have my new fridge (cheaper than anywhere else) all installed and the old one taken away. Good Afternoon, Thank you for this question about what temperature is the fridge set at normally the fridge section about 4 degrees and freezer set at about 18 degrees, you are able move this factory setting to whatever you like once you have the product on site. While this fridge does not have castors per se, it does have rollers that enable it to move forward and backward, and large height-adjusting nuts to level to suit.
