Immersion Blender. My husband wanted to buy this, thinking I would have some use for it. I wasn’t sure. I was so wrong - It has been absolutely fantastic! It’s better than the food processor for blending batters, cakes, sauces etc., and has been fantastic for whipping cream. Fast, efficient and silent. WOW! Further, I was shocked with the speed and ease to use - a real selling feature. On another occasion, it blitzed/processed my olive tepande in seconds. WOW! The beaters - outstanding. A surprise feature. This really should be highlighted. I haven’t tried this appliance with my daily routine of making almond milk, but want to - could turn out better, another way to use immersion blender. The ease and vesitality of this product is what the home cook wants to hear. (Quick, easy, silent and efficient.) Can I emphasize it is very quiet compared to the other products on the market. We all want to make cooking times and preparation easier and less stressful especially with a young family. So, this product fits my purposes tremendously!!
