To Whom It May Concern, I am just wanting to thank EVERYONE @ Apps on line, for a Fantastic Service.. My Elderly parents who are computer illeterate were wanting a deep freezer & after having driven them all over the southside and looking at about a dozen freezers, not to mention dealing with sales people who don't have a clue. I finally found "Apps On Line" And I was more than happy with everything! Pleased to say we purchased a Lemair Freezer, That was a GREAT PRICE, The Delivery MEN were GREAT, They took the freezer Up 2 Flights of stairs, then they gladly set it up & took the old one away for my parents.WE COULDEN'T BE HAPPIER WITH APPLIANCES ON LINE!! Dear sir/Madam, I must compliment your Company on the smooth transaction & delivery of my Bosch Front Loader Washing Machine. It was ordered on Sunday 14th, and delivered on Tuesday 16th. The delivery was an excellent experience, with the Guys on the truck informing me of the expected delivery times, and then keeping me updated to the hour, as promised. They were also very courteous and helpful. The bonus was that they were able to take the old machine away without any fuss. This is the 2nd time that I have dealt with your company, and will have no hesitation in purchasing white goods from your Company in the future. Customer service is second to none
I had a phone call at 9am this morning from Les one of your delivery drivers, to say he would be delivering my Electrolux fridge/freezer between 2-4pm, and he arrives just after 1.30pm. I didnt think we'd get the fridge thru the door but he assured me it would and removed the packaging before entering my house. He plugged it in with instructions and then removed my fridge (absolutely unheard of from a retail store) What a fabulous fridge, it is whisper quiet, (my neighbour recently bought a Whirlpool and complained how noisy it was) lots of room and makes a difference from my old 30yr plus year old, that had given up the ghost. I will certanly be buying more goodies from Appliancesonline, their customer service is second to none. Thank you Lynne, Watsonia, VIC
