it takes too long to dry anything . wish I had my 30 year old bosch dryer

Bought this for two main reasons 1) we have no external ventilation so the heat pump option was a priority and 2) it was so expensive, it had to be good right? WRONG! Such a waste of money and I’m sick of damp clothes. So much so that we had to buy a cheap second dryer to put under the house where there is ventilation. I’ve kept it but would be better off removing and putting in shelves and walking with heavy clothes baskets to the under house dryer. What a joke!

I have to agree with most of the sentiments expressed in these reviews. Clothes and sheets take hours and hours to dry, no matter what setting I placed them on. Loads are often left tangled and still damp. I thought I must be doing something wrong, so I reread the manual; but no, it is just a poor product. My last drier was 10+ years old, and was much better than this.
