STOP LOOKING AND BUY THIS !
Finally, a vacuum cleaner that works brilliantly !! As soon as you take it out of the box you can tell its well made. Nicely finished strong extendable shaft, easy (and I mean easy) to empty - no fiddly bits to manage and its suction on the lowest level is just amazing and very low noise! The 12 metres reach is truly outstanding. Hard to find any that even go over 5 metres I would recommend this to all. If you've been looking for a quality affordable vacuum cleaner that works brilliantly, buy this. Oh, just one thing, don't forget to clean the washable filters periodically as per the manual otherwise the suction will drop off - same with any vacuum cleaner. TOP PRODUCT !!! 5 STARS.

An excellent vac!
Terrific suction, compact and light, quiet, reaches odd spots like under book shelves etc., easy to empty dust container. Really happy with this vac, highly recommend it.

I do a lot of online shopping across many different categories. This is the best online service I have experienced. Appliances Online not only matched a cheaper price, they advised they would call the next day after i ordered to confirm delivery time (which they did), then actually delivered within that 2 hour time window and picked up my old one for free.
