I bought this machine going on good reviews about it however my families experience of this machine is a little mixed. Washing we seem to just use the intelegent wash selection as all the other selections seem to have crazy wash times well over an hour of washing which for a few items seems silly. The second is the instructions that come with the machine are very basic and really only tells you how to turn it on. The online manual is hard to find. And is confusing. Using the app you would think would make things easier but I’m yet to be convinced of that. The rubber squeaked for a few weeks while it all bedded in. But now it runs fine. Washing is clean. But if the towels are only short washed they dry like sandpaper. Coming from a top loader to a front loader it’s taking time to get use to the new machine. Drying uses water which is strange. And we tend to not have a lot of items that can actually be dried anyway so it’s a part of the machine we won’t use too often but it’s there if needed. And saves having a second machine taking up space.Overall it does wash things well and certainly can’t complain about the reduced water usage. I’m happy with the purchase but the rest of the family is yet to be convinced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple of months ago. I had read reviews and had a fairly good idea for what to expect. Pros: - good for my use - I've a ADHD and always forget to get the washing out of the machine, having a washer dryer has been great because when I eventually remember about the clothes, its all done!! - wash times are accurate - app use is great, I appreciate this feature - good washing results - dryer takes a bit, but because of how it dries, your clothes don't overheat and don't shrink! - due to drying type, you don't need to worry about ventilation or emptying / draining like a heat pump or conventional dryer - sensor adjusts estimated time Cons: - long wash dry time, you do need to plan a eco wash/dry cycle (approx 7 hours) - no re-balancing or machine clean function - have to run other cycles but the instructions are SO unclear about how to do it - maintenance is a pain, despite needing to do it often. You can't take off parts to clean out filters other than the one in the front. Other branded machines allow you to properly clean out filters and detergent slots etc. - kinda noisy on high spin. Its downstairs in our house and I can hear it upstairs at night. - uses a lot of water for full wash dry cycle
