[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this machine a month ago, only because it seemed the least complicated, I thought the intelliquick function would cater for most of my washing requirements, but disappointed that its water temperature is either cold or 30deg and cannot go higher.also on the QuickStart guide it shows the speed can go to 1400 but it only goes to 1200. One has to press hard to turn the power on. A pity the full wash programme is only on the 500 series. Also it states it’s a 10 kg machine yet only 3 programmes are capped at that , a large heavy duvet cover ( king size ) probably weighs a lot more, yet the bedding programme is 3 kg
