    Hi John, the difference between EVE615DSE and EVEP615DSE is that the latter is pyrolytic. A pyrolytic oven offers effortless cleaning by using high temperatures to turn grease and food residue into ash, which can be easily wiped away, saving time and eliminating the need for harsh chemicals.
