Staff on the phone were pleasant and helpful, delivery men were 2 of the most professional I have ever come across in all my years of receiving deliveries. I have no reservation in recommending this site to anyone.Pleasant and helpful Just a note to thank your company for their excellent web site and service. When I read I could nominate my delivery day and the explanation regarding delivery time I was a little skeptical......what, you mean this company will actually provide a service as part of the transaction?!?! The two delivery men were very good, they rang and arrived within the time frame and took a few minutes to explain the machines basic functions, couldn't ask for anything more. I will be telling all and sundry about your company and look forward to using my new washing machine, regards and best wishes for the future - a very satisfied customer.I was a little skeptical......
