We used this robot about every other day for a year. Then at the year mark, right when the warranty ran out, it stopped working. After many rounds of troubleshooting (including with ecovacs support), the robot still isn’t working correctly—it won’t stay on the charging doc and just wanders around. We were told to either send the robot to robotics repair on our dime or buy a new one. Not cool.

my floors have never looked better and I've hardly had to lift a finger. If you're on the fence about getting a robotic vacuum, get off the fence and do it, it is SO worth it. favourite appliance.

This robot vacuum has been a lifesaver! Water resoivoir on to mop or leave it off for vacuum-only. The mopping isn't as good as you'd do manually but it's still a good job. Definitely works better when everything is picked up and the path is clear. Easy to set up programs and scheduling. It can do our 4 bedroom home twice with one battery charge. Very happy
