Great cleaner quiet and efficient
Really impressed with the power and suction of the cleaner. It is a shame that the attachments aren’t interchangeable with previous models as we have 3 different Dyson but cannot swap and change attachments as pipe diameter changes or clip on mechanism is different.

I do a lot of online shopping across many different categories. This is the best online service I have experienced. Appliances Online not only matched a cheaper price, they advised they would call the next day after i ordered to confirm delivery time (which they did), then actually delivered within that 2 hour time window and picked up my old one for free. NEVER EVER - have I experienced such professional communication, service, nor the satisfaction of dealing with such a VERY well organised company. You certainly have the systems in-place to ensure smooth speedy dispatch and guaranteeing client satisfaction.. A virtue which is long LOST with most retailers these days!! I only ordered this item YESTERDAY AFTERNOON and here I am AT 9:20 AM the very next MORNING with the appliance delivered to my door...by a most polite attentive courteous delivery driver!!! Good Evening, Thank you for this product question, The V8 Animal comes with the Direct Drive motorised head as its floor tool and is suitable for all floor types. We would recommend a floor tool specially designed for hard floor cleaning such as the Dyson soft roller head (Fluffy). The soft roller head is gentle on timber floors and tough on dirt. Soft woven nylon envelops debris, while anti-static carbon fibre filaments remove fine dust from hard floors whilst reducing the risk of scratching the flooring. The V8 Absolute has both the soft roller and the direct-drive cleaner head and would be ideal. I hope this information will assist you when shopping here with us at Appliances online.
