Can’t fault the suction - awesome cleaning power. Downside is the battery does not last long at all especially as it ages. If I was designing these would have created interchangeable batteries like portable drills etc. One on charge one in use.

Purchased June 2019, great success. I am surprised at the suction and ease of use, on all surfaces. Attachments a great addition and easy to use. These models allow seniors to remain independent, retain pride in their own homes no dragging heavy barrels!! Thankyou

Worked really well. Battery never lasted anywhere near what was projected by the manufacturer. Now the vacuum lasts a max of 7 minutes if you are very lucky. Today 3 minutes run time. Sometimes it lasts about 30 seconds and then you have to re charge for a few minutes, and try again. Love the fact that hair etc doesn’t get coiled around the roller. Down side is that it has to be wall mounted. You have to hold the button continuously to operate. I rang Dyson and they kindly replaced the battery. Staff member was very nice and helpful.
