I was so excited to get this vaccuum for Christmas! However, (and I am sure this will be removed from this site and never make it to reviews), I was shcoked multiple times on my hand, to the point it has left a lasting pain. At first I thought it might have been something else, and was only slightly annoying. But it got worse. I noticed that some of their cordless vacuums have been recalled in other countries for this cause, Because the power port for charging is located on the hand grip, the nahds direct contact with the metal can cause this. Poor design choice, Dyson and I am so disappointed and deflated from this experience.

I bought this Dyson in 2016, the original head was replaced around 12months after the felts on the ends wore and scratched my timber floors. Now the internal vacuum hose in the head at the point it pivots has split. The Dyson does not get excessive use and is hung on the wall in the charger. I am disappointed in this product I would expect it to last greater than 4yrs, seeing as my mum is still using the same conventional vacuum cleaner for 25yrs.

Had my dyson two and half years,not use a lot, and the batterys flat.Just ordered a new one but with the use it should of lasted longer
