I bought this Dyson in 2016, the original head was replaced around 12months after the felts on the ends wore and scratched my timber floors. Now the internal vacuum hose in the head at the point it pivots has split. The Dyson does not get excessive use and is hung on the wall in the charger. I am disappointed in this product I would expect it to last greater than 4yrs, seeing as my mum is still using the same conventional vacuum cleaner for 25yrs.

So happy I choose this vacuum cleaner. Does all the things I want it to do and is very easy to use.

I love this, but the battery life is poor. I always seem to run out when I have that bit more to do. I use this instead of my heavier (and brand new vacuum cleaner), as it is lighter. Good to use, but expensive for what I get to do with it.Sometimes I have to get a chopstick/utensil to get the fluff out of the canister when I empty it as it does not fall out easily. That is not a major problem, just another little niggly step in the vacuuming process.
