    Very happy so far, easy to use item, happy with features.

    All good experience with small issue.
    It works very well. Emptying the bin is much easier than older model. The fluff head is very effective on the hard floor; but the carpet head stops spinning on a thick carpet. I tried opening the front intake adjustment level to negative but was not effective. Please let me know if there is a fix to that.
