I love my Dyson DC44 Animal, its fantastic. I have 2 dogs & 3 cats and it does amazingly well. Can change around the heads to get a better use, Very Versatile and suction is amazing. I also love how easy it is to get inside the machine if something gets stuck, everything just unclips for easy clean and then clips back together!!

Have had my DC44 for just over a year now. I am still wrapped in it, I have a dog and it is used daily on my hard floors, my one criticism if I were pushed for one would be due to the dog hair I find I can't go from tiled floor to carpet without having to clean the bottom of the multi floor head as hair rubs off onto the carpet. I have remedied this just a couple of months ago..... I bought a DC 59! so I now have 2 Handsticks and am in love with both, now my big 10 year old Dyson DC08 Turbine telescopic wrap'. now only gets used once a month. I have to add my old DC08 Turbine telescopic wrap' works as well to day as when I bought it and I can still buy spares for it.

My wife and I purchased the DC44 about 1 month ago as we have been sick and tired of having to plug Vacuum cleaners in to the power plugs . And have heard from a few other people about Dyson cleaners ... We have both been so extremely happy with our DC44 that we have recommended it to all of our friends , we have 3 dogs and 2 cats and one of our dogs is a German Shepard who continually drops hair our house is now cleaner than the poshest people we know lol
