I have wanted this Dyson since I installed wood floors in our home last year. I read many, many reviews and everyone seemed to say the same thing. The product is great, however having to hold the on switch is a problem. I didn't think it would be a big deal but it really is a BIG DEAL! This is my only complaint and would like to see it corrected on a new model and a recall on already purchased models. This would make the vacuum PERFECT !! Please consider this improvement. I would love to back from the company to see if this is possible.

This is the first Cordless, where I can vacuum the whole house and actually get all the dirt up too. Its so strong and picks up all the dirt. Its by far better even then other Vacuums with cords. I do have a Dyson animal vacuum as well , that we use in the basement. Upstairs we have woodenfloors and the big one started to scratch the wood with the roller, but the cordless has some felt on it and it works awesome. Just as powerful as the Big Dyson. I would not own anything else but Dyson.

I bought my Dyson with the illusion that will be the most helpful gadget ever. I started using it and the results were awesome. Only that a few weeks after using it, and observing that it was heavy and difficult to keep the finger pressing so it could keep working, that my elbow started hurting. my mother came to visit on the holidays and I told her I was hurt so she helped me with the chooses using my Dyson. She commented that her arm was hurting after using it, same thing with my son. I went to the doctors office and the diagnose was tennis elbow due to a repeatedly activity, ( using my Dyson) I recommend you should find a safer way of using as today my arm is killing me and I'm not able to use it ever again.
