Great vacuum cleaner - the best I've used. I now wonder why I waited so long to get one. Love the fact that there is no bag! Only suggestion I have is to include a handle on the machine to hold when using the tools. Currently need to hold the pipe - could be improved.

Bought the Dyson for three reasons - Mum suffers from rheumatoid and finds most vacuums are too heavy. The Dyson is lightweight and no heaving or backbreaking effort is involved. It rolls smoothly around corners and goes unnoticed while it follows you around the house. -Easy to store away , everything has its own special place on the barrel so no more losing parts or pulling the mating apart to store it away. -After working in sales for the last two years and knowing the difference between many vacuum cleaners, nothing else has compared with Dyson machines. Out of every other brand, Dyson has been the most sought after. Cannot recall anyone come in specifically for any other brand but Dyson :) Majority rules :)

The only thing i can possibly say can be improved is to have a bit more room for the ubbish to collect.
