    I purchased the heating system in November 2014 I am smelling a smełl of electrical burning I am afraid to use the nit can anyone give me advice As to what I should do I am afraid to use the heatingsystem

    :( replacement fan
    I had to send mine back for a recall...which took 3 months then when I did get it back, it was a new one...however not the color I originally purchased, (gray with blue inside), but a white one which sticks out in the room like a sore thumb... very disappointing. Product works well...just not happy with the replacement.

    Heating cord
    I love the machine that was sent the other machine sent back under recall. However, I am finding that the cord gets hot -not at the connecting plug. It worries me.
