I have Fibromyalgia and moving my old upright vacuum around was causing me problems so I bought this I saw someone say pressing the button hurt their hands I'm pressing X for doubt on that the button is really sensitive I accidentally trigger it all the time you can touch it very lightly and it works so I don't understand that review and on high suction the battery lasts like 6 to 9 minutes so what was they doing with it to hurt their hand I dunno moving on I bought this on the 26th of April so I've had it a month pretty much and I'm really happy with it, it's so helpful for me with my disability the day I got it I was able to clean the kitchen and hallway hard floors and living room carpet all 3 in 5 minutes total and the floors was spotless I was really happy because it wasn't even physically possible for me to do more than 1 floor before and it took me like 15 to 25 minutes to do that 1 floor so the improvement is massive I have a pet bunny he's very boisterous and makes quite a lot of mess around my house chewing his toys and cardboard and kicking his litter box out over the floor he has a layer of wood shavings on the bottom of his litter box and a layer of hay over the top of that and then he does his little poop balls on top so he kicks all that out of his tray and the Dyson v8 picks the rabbit poop balls up the wood chippings up and to my surprise even the hay, hay is terrible it sticks to everything and gets dragged all over the house on your socks and whatever else it's clung to and the Dyson is amazing with it I can just grab it press the button suck it up and move on with my day it's amazing the fact it cleans my Rabbits litter tray mess up means it's good my old upright would just clog with hay constantly I'd have to keep stopping and take it apart unclog it, it was a frustrating nightmare I don't get that with the Dyson I just use it pull the lid the hay the wood shavings the rabbit fur/poop my hair all falls out into the bin no bother no messing about it's lovely I can highly recommend it I'm concerned about how robust it will be in the long-term for it breaking down and them sorts of problems but as a vacuum cleaner it's the best I've had and it works better than I expected it would time will only tell how robust it is Just get it you won't be sorry

I’ve had this for 2 years. Constantly clogs with pet hair. I’d be better off using a dust pan and brush. Awful suction. Life’s too short. I’m going back to corded.

I love this unit it gets out more dirt and fur than my built in. It's very easy to use actually makes running the vacuum fun. I've never run it all the way down so I always been able to get done what I started out to do. And the furniture power tool is phenomenal. Dyson warranty is great unfortunately the power multi floor tool broke very quickly. Dyson replaced it without question so perhaps that was a one off flaw in the tool. Overall I am very happy in fact so happy that I bought another one for my travel trailer.
