The ease in which everything went was surprisingly superb
Yesterday I had a washing machine delivered to my house. The ease in which everything went was surprisingly superb. They called and advised a time when they would arrive, and arrived in that time frame..and the best part of all was being able to pay for it when it arrived...they even took away all the packaging and didn't leave me with it. Im really surprised at how quick, clean and easy the whole thing went.

Went above and beyond
I was amazed to get on line, find the product I wanted at an amazing
price (no-one else came near it) and have it at my door the following
day. Initially I wasn't home, and most of the issues I had come up
against with regards to deliveries resulted in resentful service, but
appliances online (Specifically Mark) gave me the friendliest service
I have come across and went above and beyond to get my dishwasher
there to meet the plumber! I would never go elsewhere again, and the
next time I need white goods, I will click, pay and smile again on

Thank you for your installation question. Installation fees are typically associated with each product. When you enter your postcode and select your suburb, our system checks the stock availability in your state and determines if a technician provides installation services in your area. If everything is in order, the fee will be displayed online.
Please note that the installation fee applies to a 'Like-for-Like' installation, meaning that all necessary services must be available. This fee does not cover situations where extra connections are required. For instance, if you're switching from an electric product to a dual fuel (Gas/Electric) system, this fee will not apply. In such cases, you will need to request an inspection, and a separate quote will be provided.
