I just wanted to get in touch and say what a pleasure it was dealing with Appliances online from beginning to end. I made my order online and had simple question so I phoned your offices, was greeted by a very friendly operator who helped me and explained to me how the process would work. I then organised for my Washing Machine to be delivered the very next morning. The delivery guys were so friendly and helpful. They fully installed my Washing Machine and showed me how it worked and tested it to ensure there were no problems. When they left they took all the packing and rubbish with them. We loved the fact that we could pay COD
A big thank you to Appliances Online, especially Colin, who was more than helpful and professional on the phone. We purchased a washing machine on Thursday 10th Feb at about 2.30pm and it was delivered the next day at 11am. We loved the fact that we could pay COD and really put my mind at ease, not having to worry if my credit card details would be taken and risk having no washing machine turn up! The delivery man was very polite and even took away my old crummy machine for us. Thanks Guys for fast, friendly service and we will most definitely recommend you to all our family and friends. Reinforced my confidence in shopping online
I have shopped online for many years and when I received an itme ordered through Appliances Online and the product was faulty, not Appliance Online's problem, but they were immediately apologetic and organised a replacement as soon as they could possibly deliver it,and this was done without any difficulties whatsoever.It was almost like old fashioned service of the "customer is always right".I have previously bought a washing machine through Appliances Online, and again their service was exceptional.I had often wondered what would happen if there was an issue such as this, and it has reinforced my confidence in shopping online particularly with large items.I hope that all businesses have this sort of customer service, the world would be a better place.
