Very impressed with the professional & prompt service
I have been very impressed with the professional & prompt service from Appliances Online. The website is easy to navigate, informative, product variety & availability is very good and the prices are unbeatable! I have now bought a w/machine & a few weeks later a vaccuum cleaner. When I called the customer service line about each product & new year delivery times, they were very helpful and professional.The admin emails & delivery confirmation calls were prompt professional and clear. The delivery men were fantastic - took great care, communicated with each other all the way up the staircase and were very thorough in their intructions while being fast & efficient. ...and took away both old products for free! So far both products are going very well, so I cant comment on aftersales service, and hope i never need to! What a fantastic service
I recently purchased a washing machine, not only was the price fantastic, but it was delivered today without any hassle. Two phone calls from the drivers telling when they would arrive, quickly installed, and tested, the old machine taken away.... what a fantastic service. have told all my work colleagues and will no longer being buying appliances in store.
