    Great size when having to move the fridge around.
    It’s mobility is my favourite thing I love about my CFX28. It’s easy to carry from my car to a hotel room when traveling. My ARB fridge was a real hassle trying to move it around. My Dometic fridge makes ice and it will last as long as I want while in the back country but my only problem with it is that it has stopped working all together after about a year and a haft of owning it. I have used it on six trips and was disappointed when it failed.

    Great size for most day trips and super efficient
    The CFX28 has been the perfect size for day trips and single overnights. It keeps everything in the low 30’s reliably efficiently in terms of power. And, well, fu@! ice! Forget about food swimming in nasty water or worrying about having to leave just to get ice.

    Awesome fridge for long term use
    I've been living full time in my '98 Tacoma for a year and a half now. It's an awesome adventure rig, but up until a few months ago I had no reliable way to keep my food cool. Because of the longterm nature of my use, I was getting tired of cycling out bags of ice every few days in my cooler. I got my hands on the CFX 28 and it solved a lot of my problems pretty quickly. It's small, not much bigger than the cooler it replaced. It is energy efficient, and most importantly, it stands up to the banging around it does in my back seat when I'm off road. My only complaint about the thing is I wish I could open the lid from the side, the way a chest freezer opens - I believe this is how they're set up on their larger fridges.
