Works brilliantly but doesn't hold our high ball glasses well - they fall over.

Washes OK but bottom rack does not want to stay out but slides back in when being packed or unpacked and it is impossible to stack glasses or mugs in the top rack. Holes in utensil holders on utensil basket are too small to insert utensils, therefore completely useless. The previous model was MUCH better. Doesn't seem to dry all that well either. Very disappointing.

After reading reviews realise now what they are talking about re the top shelf compared to the older model but overall very happy with performance.

I just wanted to write and let you know how impressed I am with your service.Within 25 hours of placing my order, my new Bosch dishwasher had been delivered, installed and the old one removed, taken away and there I was...standing in my kitchen admiring the gleam of the new dishwasher filled with anticipation and excitement at loading it up for the first wash!THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU - I couldn't be happier. The dishwasher is fantastic. And the fact that the process of purchasing one was made so effortlessly made the experience all the more satisfying. I really want to make special mention of the helpfulness of Will - the gentleman whom I spoke to when I rang to enquire about dishwashers - he was courteous and honest in both conversations we had -he assisted in my choice - instilled confidence in going with Appliance Online and was never ever pushy. He arranged the whole thing and I'd like to thank him. I also want to thank the delivery man, Jeremy - he was pleasant and very efficient. Upon installing my dishwasher he noticed I had a bracket missing from a shelf under my kitchen sink and he secured it for me! How kind. And he even cleaned up under the old dishwasher when he removed it - how nice. He did a great job.Well there you go - 10/10 for service! Went above and beyond
I was amazed to get on line, find the product I wanted at an amazing price (no-one else came near it) and have it at my door the following day. Initially I wasn't home, and most of the issues I had come up against with regards to deliveries resulted in resentful service, but appliances online (Specifically Mark) gave me the friendliest service I have come across and went above and beyond to get my dishwasher there to meet the plumber! I would never go elsewhere again, and the next time I need white goods, I will click, pay and smile again on your site. I've heard big brown box is just as good!! 10/10, 5 stars, Top of the Class!!!
