Hi, I would just like to write to say thank you for your promised fast delivery. When I read on the online receipt that I would get a phone call in the morning and then delivered within 2 hours from that time I laughed to myself thinking yea right I will believe it when I see it. Well to my surprise your delivery man rang me up at 710 this morning and delivered it by 830. I couldnt believe it this must be what good customer service looks like? been a while since I have seen it. The bloke also had a great attitude and a good phone manner when he called me especially for a delivery driver. If I had the $$ on me I would have tipped him for the great Customer Service, being punctual and having a good attitude you just dont find this anymore. Thanks Zach, Bellbird Park, QLD

Last season I had been chasing up a De Longhi dehumidifer through various stores in my area without success. I can’t believe how easy it was to order the one I wanted through you with such a prompt delivery, your ordering service is excellent and in future when I need something like this I will always use your service. But as well as that, I have always avoided ordering on line because I’ve never wanted to put my credit card details on the net; how superb to have this appliance I need badly in this humid atmosphere delivered promptly and without drama, but particularly that I have the opportunity to pay in cash – as well as the other possibilities you mentioned. Just wanted to add my feedback and thanks – I purchased a Fisher and Paykel washing machine and a Delonghi Dehumidifier - Best prices around and fantastic customer service. They gave me a call in the morning to let me know they’d be there between 1100 and 1300, they were at my door at 1105 and the guys were fantastic - super friendly and they had my machine unpacked and setup/tested in minutes – couldn’t be happier with my purchase and I definitely recommend Appliances online to anyone.
