I did have reservations about portable air condioners and their ability to actually cool down a small space. After a lot of research we decided that this product was great value for money and if it didn't work it wasn't a huge outlay of funds. We have a small camper and whilst it is a little heavy for camping it worked fantastic!! Our camping spot gets rather warm and it worked so well for the early warm mornings and nights. Thank god for this machine!!!!Good overallAppliances online was great matching a better price and delivering the next day. Did some review before buying this unit and fulfill all my expectations. Good for small room. Only two speeds option does not allow to adjust desired temperature, however does not need hose to drain water.Legendary service

i have no cool air and both power and full lights do not work . unit turns on in all positions but just blows ambient air.
