Proffesional and helpful
I am writing to thank you for your wonderful customer service. After ordering this product from ****, waiting 3 weeks and still not receiving a product, I cancelled the order and placed one with your company instead. My product arrived in less than 2 days! The delivery driver was wonderful, calling at 8.15am, and arriving by 9am. He was proffesional and helpful, carrying the product through the house and into it's place. I will not hesitiate to tell every-one to use your company instead of retail outlets. I placed the order over the phone after veiwing the website and the phone operator was honest and helpful. Was $200 cheaper than our local shop
Hi Guys, Just wanted to say thanks. We ordered the stove on Tuesday afternoon, I didn't think you'd be able to deliver here to Nintingbool by Friday (today) and told the missus not to get her hopes up! But here it is!
