I wanted to pass on my feedback for your website. I ordered a coffee machine over the weekend and scheduled delivery for the Tuesday. The delivery driver rang me as the website said I would be. They turned up, having had a small problem with their GPS that it seems everyone has with the location I live in. The assistant and the driver were very courteous, very pleasant and easy to deal with. Applicances Online is the number 1 place I will shop in the future. My new washing machine was delivered today as scheduled. I just want to say I was impressed with your delivery men. I was telephoned prior to 10am and advised of the delivery window. They then arrived during that delivery window, removed my old machine and installed the new one. The laundry is in the upstairs bathroom of my small two storey terrace house and access is up a steep staircase with bend at the bottom. Not easy access, and not helped by such a hot day. Notwithstanding this, your deliverymen completed the removal and installation efficiently and in good humour. Thank you for the excellent service. Cathy, Forest Lodge, NSW
