Quick delivery, easy to operate, heats large family room/kitchen area. Saves us from using central heating to heat the whole house. Looks lovely. Quiet. Dogs love it too!

I was impressed by the online Dimplex video of the product and took a chance that it would be fairly realistic. I've had it for a few weeks and I'm so impressed that it's so incredibly lifelike. In conjunction with a couple of wintery/woody/smokey scented candles and you'd really believe it's a wood heater (but without the effort and mess!). I'd highly recommend it – very happy, satisfied and toasty warm! Great value, too.

I have to be honest I bought this mainly for the ambiance effect and it's been great for that! The flame effect is very cool and from the couch looks real. The heater isn't great - only two settings and the fan has to be on if either is used. It would be good to have the fan as a separate option as you might need some quiet while watching tv. Overall great value for money and adds alot to the look of the room at winter. Appliances online once again super reliable! Thank you!
