I bought this heater with a little hesitation. Being electric and a new design opti-myst, I wasn’t sure how it would be. Most of my visitors can’t even tell that it’s not a real fireplace. I love the fact that I can turn it on without the heat. My main interest is that it looks like a real fire place rather than acts like one. The steam-smoke is brilliant. If I’d have known that they existed before now, I would’ve bought one years ago. Opti-myst is the best thing that Dimplex have ever done. Make sure you buy one.
