    Defect with item and still waiting for support
    Purchased this fan a few weeks ago now. Fan doesn't respond to the remote. Contacted both Appliances Online and Dimplex for support and still waiting for some level of support to rectify this manufacturing issue with the fan. Not impressed at all

    Excellent quality
    We were a little unsure about how well this would work on our western verandah. In the past we would not be able to use it past 9am. Now we are perfectly comfortable till 2pm in high summer. It has extended our use of this space enormously. Awesome
